Siakap Stim Limau. |
Initially, my plan was to try out the famous ‘Siakap Stim
Limau’ at Pak Soh. Pak Soh is a seafood restaurant situated at 56C, Jalan Ibrahim Sultan, Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru. I have never been to the restaurant myself and
was excited to try out their special menu. I and family arrived at Pak Soh’s around
6.30pm but unfortunately, it was heavily rain and there were no shelters at Pak
Soh’s. Unlucky right? Hmmm..maybe next time...
Steamed Seabass with Lime. |
And this morning, I was craving for ‘Siakap Stim Limau’ still,
but it was too early to go to Pak Soh’s hahaha... So, I decided to cook it myself and it was a great success!..but still need to try out the famous Pak Soh’s. So, next time it
will be a comparison review between mine and Pak Soh's.
