Dinner is now served. Everyone please find your chair and we can now enjoy our dinner. ‘Wow, that’s quick! How did you managed? Did you wreck my kitchen?’ 

‘ha,ha,ha…of course not. It’s possible my dear. Ok this how I do it. In 20 minutes, what you can do are; cook two cups of basmati rice in a rice cooker; at the same time steamed fresh water prawns (Udang Galah) with garlic and butter (10-15 minutes), while waiting for prawn to be cooked, prepare sauce/dip and finally fried a simple vegi dish. After all it is a simple and easy prawn recipe.’

Do try, and tell me about it.

Ingredients:
½ kg Fresh prawn
4 cloves of garlics (grind)
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt and pepper

How to:
Wrap all the ingredients above in an aluminum foil. Then place the wrap in a steamer for about 10 to 15 minutes. For the sauce/dip, you can follow the recipe from my previous Steamed Sea bass post.
