Spicy Roasted Chicken
So today's menu is a Spicy Roasted Chicken (Ayam Panggang Berempah). I love grilled foods, especially with chicken. For me, when it comes to grill, lemon grass and ginger will always be the secret weapon. So if you want to try my Spicy Roasted Chicken, here is the recipe. Its simple, easy and tasty.

Spicy Roasted Chicken
Ayam Panggang Berempah
Ingredients:
1 Chicken leg
2 Lemon Grass*
2 Fresh Red Chillies*
3 Shallots*
1 inch of Ginger*
3 tablespoons of Coconut milk*
Salt and sugar to taste.*

How To:
  1. Grind all the asterisk(*) ingredients.
  2. Marinate chicken with them and rest aside for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Grilled in a oven for about 40 minutes with temperature of 250C.
  4. Served while it still hot
