Crispy Prawn Tempura Recipe

Crispy Prawn Tempura
Prawn Tempura
Yep, another prawn recipe and this time is a simple Crispy Prawn Tempura. I love to eat tempura and the secret for crispy tempura is to deep fry in hot temperature and not to fry all in one go. The recipe is so simple and easy to be prepared. It only took me about 15 minutes to prepare the dish. The Prawn Tempura is best to be eaten while it still hot.
Prawn tempura or also known as 'Udang Goreng Tepung' is one of the popular dish in Malaysia. You can easily find the dish in any seafood restaurants. However, prawn dishes might be expensive, so why not to try this yourself at home. After all, it is simple and easy.

When it comes to seafoods, I always prefer it to be easy and simple. This is because, overpower and overcook seafoods will reduce the seafood original taste. Honestly, if you add lime and provided your seafoods are fresh, nothing could go wrong to your recipe.

So, if you are a busy person and only have limited time in your kitchen, I would suggest you to try this out. Please also try my other prawn recipes such as Prawn Curry, Garlic Prawn and Grilled Prawn. Enjoy!
