Fried Rice and Fried Noodles for breakfast

Nasi Goreng(Fried Rice) and Mee Goreng(Fried Noodles) are two popular dishes that can be easily found in Malaysia. This morning, I had them both for my breakfast. Nasi Goreng was prepared by my wife and Mee Goreng was prepared by my mother (come to visit for two weeks) . I must say, it was a very heavy breakfast.

Two best cook in my kitchen competing on each other and the winner is me and my dad. Isn’t that great. So, if you would like to try (I’m feel so lucky) these recipes, just follow the instructions below.

Recipe for Simple Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice)

3 cups of boiled rice

Salt to taste

HOW TO:

Finally add the upper part of spring onions and some salt to taste. Continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
